Yubancy Marketplace is a multi-vendor platform. Each vendor operates their own store and may define individual refund policies. This Refund Policy serves as the default policy for all stores on Yubancy Marketplace unless a vendor provides a different policy on their store page or product listing.

By purchasing from Yubancy Marketplace, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Refund Guidelines

Refunds apply only to eligible products.

Customers must submit refund requests within the allowed timeframe.

Proof such as order number, photos, or videos may be required.

Refund approval is subject to vendor verification.

2. Refund Eligibility

A product may be eligible for a refund if:

– The item is damaged on delivery

– The wrong item was delivered

– The item is defective or not functioning as described

– The product is missing parts or accessories

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless stated otherwise by the vendor.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless stated otherwise by the vendor:

– Digital products or downloadable content

– Services already delivered or completed

– Customized or personalized items

– Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

– Products returned without original packaging or accessories

4. Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

– Be in original condition

– Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging

– Follow vendor instructions for return shipping

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible.

Bank processing times may vary.

6. Vendor-Specific Policies

Vendors may overwrite or customize this policy.

Vendor policies must be clearly displayed.

If a vendor policy conflicts with this policy, the vendor policy takes priority.

7. Disputes & Escalation

Unresolved disputes may be reviewed by Yubancy Marketplace.

Evidence may be requested from both parties.

Final decisions are made to protect marketplace integrity.

8. Marketplace Rights

Yubancy Marketplace reserves the right to suspend vendors for abuse,

update this policy at any time, and restrict refunds for fraudulent activity.
